What this is
FluxBill is an early-stage bill command center. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us with questions or deletion requests. We have tried to write this in plain language.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the app:
- Google sign-in basics — your email address and display name, provided by Google when you sign in. We do not see or store your Google password.
- Bill information you enter — bill names, amounts, due dates, and payment status. You control what you add.
- Settings you configure — available cash, income amount, pay schedule, and email reminder preferences.
We do not collect bank account credentials, credit card numbers, or any connection to your financial accounts.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to power the FluxBill app. Specifically, to show your bill list and priority ranking, calculate your FluxScore, display cash coverage and payday timing, surface dashboard guidance, and send email reminders if you have enabled them.
We do not use your data to train AI models, show you ads, or build profiles for third parties.
How data is stored
Your data is stored in our application database. We use standard web security practices including encryption at rest and TLS for data in transit. FluxBill is an early-stage product and we will update this section as our infrastructure matures.
Third-party services
We use the following services to run FluxBill:
- Google OAuth — for sign-in. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Vercel — for hosting and deployment.
- Neon / Postgres — for the application database.
- Resend — for email reminders, if you have enabled them in Settings.
- Stripe — may be used for billing when paid plans go live. Live billing is currently paused. No payment information is collected or processed today.
Data sharing
FluxBill does not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties except the services listed above, which are necessary to operate the app.
Cookies and sessions
FluxBill uses session cookies to keep you signed in between visits. These are functional cookies required for the app to work. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
Deletion requests
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time. In-app export and deletion controls are planned for a future release.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as FluxBill evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
